You know production.
We focus on the customer side.
Sign Commerce is preparing a small pilot for yard signs and vinyl banners. Our planned role covers customer requirements, quote coordination, artwork approval and customer support, bringing manufacturing partners clear requirements and customer-approved artwork. We aim to use your existing reseller process, subject to confirming requirements together.
We focus on product supply. Engineering, installation, permitting and site surveys remain separate.
This preview uses sample data. Supplier terms and fulfillment arrangements would be agreed before any order.

We can share two sample product specifications on request.
The short version.
What would Sign Commerce handle?
Our planned role covers customer requirements, quote coordination, artwork approval and customer support. You would manufacture and fulfill the orders you agree to accept. Production questions would come through us. We're open to agreeing a direct contact for urgent production issues.
What would you receive with an order?
The intended handoff includes product, dimensions, material, finishing, quantity, approved artwork version, delivery details and requested timing. Before any pilot order, we would confirm your required file specifications, submission process and artwork responsibilities. Your production preflight and acceptance still apply.
Do you need a new system or integration?
No. We aim to use your existing reseller process, subject to confirming requirements together. Any later automation would be discussed separately.
What volume and terms are expected?
We're a startup with no committed order volume, and we're not asking for exclusivity or a minimum-volume commitment. We want to establish product fit and a reliable process first. We're open to your standard terms for new accounts, including prepaid or card payment for initial orders, subject to mutual approval.
How would payment work?
Customers would pay Sign Commerce, and we would pay the manufacturer separately under agreed terms. Payment alone would not authorize manufacturing. Live payments and ordering are currently disabled while we prepare the pilot.
What about shipping and support?
We'd like to discuss blind shipping with neutral packaging and no wholesale invoice or promotional inserts. We'd confirm the shipper name, return address, tracking, undeliverable routing, and claims or reprint responsibilities before ordering. Sign Commerce would be the customer's support contact, with any necessary delivery contact agreed separately.
What happens if there's a fit?
We'd review two sample specifications and your account, artwork, shipping and claims requirements before deciding together whether to run a pilot.
A small, practical start
Product fit first. No system change, credit line or volume promise is assumed.
Pilot discussion only. Account approval, supplier capabilities, prices, terms and sample purchases remain subject to separate review and approval. Illustrative imagery does not depict completed Sign Commerce customer projects.
