Sign Commerce — Partner Workflow Video Transcript This video illustrates our proposed yard-sign and vinyl-banner pilot using sample data. Supplier terms and fulfillment arrangements would be agreed before any order. Our proposed pilot We are preparing a small pilot for yard signs and vinyl banners. No order volume is committed. The customer request The customer shares requirements and artwork. Sign Commerce reviews the request before confirming price or timing. Artwork approval This screen is a local rehearsal. Artwork approval is separate from final price, delivery and production authorization. The manufacturing handoff You would receive agreed specifications, an approved production file reference and shipping details. Your preflight and acceptance come first. Partner qualification We would confirm account requirements, supported products, files, pricing and turnaround before approving a partner for orders. Shipping and customer support Sign Commerce would handle customer support. Packaging, return address, damage evidence and replacement freight must be confirmed with you. Payment and production release Customers would pay Sign Commerce. We would pay you separately. Payment alone would never authorize manufacturing. The next conversation The next step is confirming trade-account eligibility and exchanging sample specifications and policies. No exclusivity or volume promise.
